This is a 1977 Austin London Hackney Cab. It was used in London until 1995, when it was brought to New Zealand.

It is used for small groups, for wedding transport, or social outings. We can carry up to 6 passengers (at a squeeze) or 5 comfortably. With Airport transfers we can only carry 2 or 3 passengers, as the luggage space is limited.

Bookings are essential, as the London Taxi is very popular. This is the only London Taxi available to charter here in Christchurch.

What we supply with your hire is:

Ribbons on the car. Normally white, but can be changed to your colour
A professional and experienced driver
A complimentary bottle of bubbly with hires over 2 hours
Transport of the wedding party to the service, reception and photos
Transport from the reception to your hotel (if required, at an extra cost)

We are also available for:

Airport transfers
Wine trails
Dinner functions
Or most any small functions
